The small print

All prices are fully inclusive of Florida local and state taxes.
10% deposit is required to secure your booking for Villa HunnyPot with the remaining balance plus security deposit and optional pool heat payable 9 weeks before your arrival at the villa.
The possibility of a late check out can let you make the most of your final day at the villa. Please enquire when requesting to book.
Payment is available via PayPal, bankers cheque or wire transfer. Details will be provided when your booking request is confirmed.

 

Extras & Deposits

Taxes & charges are included. Early check in / Late check out are available upon request, at no extra charge (dependant on other bookings)
Pool Heating – If required, pool heating is charged at $30 / £22 per day ($210 / £154 per week).
Security Deposit – A security deposit of $250 / £150 is payable with the final invoice and is refundable within 30 days of your departure from the villa.
Cleaning – for bookings of less than 7 nights a charge for cleaning is made at $100 / £75.
